    Job Type: Full Time

    Location: Remote/On-Site

    Description:

    An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join our client, a renowned London Private School, as a Marketing Executive on a full time, permanent basis. The Marketing Executive requires flexibility, the ability to prioritise effectively and be a proactive member of the team. If you have previous Marketing Executive experience in a Private Education sector, then this could be an excellent next step for you!

    Responsibilities:

    • 1. Responsible for processing customer inquiries on order and tracking logistics
    • 2. Responsible for communication with customers and solving customer queries
    • 3. Maintain a positive relationship with customers by supporting customer needs, providing timely feedback, and follow-up on sales issues

    Qualifications:

    • 1. Obtained a Bachelor's degree
    • 2. 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer service is preferred
    • 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • 4. Proficient in office software
